With locations in Mississippi and Louisiana, customers can expect a full range of services from design, fabrication, and installation, to ongoing service and maintenance. Wissel’s main focus will be on merger and acquisitions (M&A), growing the organizations brand across multiple sectors including building automation, HVAC/mechanical and power systems. This will entail deal origination and execution in close conjunction with other members of the Fidelity BSG Executive Leadership team. Over the last several years, Fidelity BSG has acquired companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Gulf Coast and Southeastern parts of the United States and to date, has a total of 10 companies with 26 locations in its portfolio. Wissel will continue these efforts, which will include efficiently streamlining company integration.
