Fidelity Engineering is very pleased to welcome the new addition to our Corporate IT team!  Jay Lusk will be coming over from HVAC Concepts to join us as our new IT Senior Support Analyst/Project Manager, reporting to Dave Dietrich.  

Previously at HVAC Concepts, Jay was responsible for managing internal IT requirements in his role as IT & Network Systems Director.  In his new position, Jay will be providing support for all aspects of IT, including applications, infrastructure and projects, while also providing support with existing help desk tickets.  

Jay has been with the organization for six years after spending the previous 11 years in IT roles at Transwestern Commercial Services.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
