To further Fidelity’s efforts to continuously evolve and maintain a leading position in an always-changing industry, we are very pleased to announce the promotion of Erin Carnes to Director of Innovation & Client Experience.
In this new role, Erin will create a customer-obsessed culture by implementing change management strategies across all Mechanical and Building Automation to ensure that we consistently deliver on our promise to deliver Proactive, World-Class Service. Most importantly, Erin will oversee changes to processes, job roles, organizational structure and technological systems. She will also provide guidance and direction to managers and administrative staff on new processes and procedures, train and support staff in providing Proactive, World-Class Service and work collaboratively with all Fidelity companies to develop effective solutions to identified problems.
A valued member of the Fidelity family since 2014, Erin previously served as an Office Manager, where she was a collaborative, dependable colleague and displayed the true signs of a leader. She is very deserving of this promotion, and we are excited to see the impact her contributions will have across all Fidelity channels.
