Fidelity is very pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Miller to Mechanical Contracting Operations Manager of the Beltsville, MD office.

Based out of our Beltsville office, Mike will ensure a #ExtremeFocus on a Culture of Safety, talent acquisition and of course, our approach to Proactive, World-Class Service. He will also work to improve field quality and identify areas for efficiency.

Mike has been a part of the Fidelity family for 11 years, where he started as a Piping Foreman. He has exemplified hard work, true leadership and Mental Toughness, all of the components that have led him to this well-earned position.
