Fidelity is very pleased to announce that Uwe Neuman is moving into a new role as Technical Support and spearheading our new In-House Technical Training Program.
Uwe Neumann, formerly the Service Manager for the Sparks, MD Service Department, will now serve as Fidelity's technical support for all shared service, where he will focus on advancing our culture of continuous improvement by providing training solutions, including an in-house training program for service technicians. Uwe has been an integral part of the Fidelity team for 35 years and we’re excited about the new opportunity this role will bring him and our organization.
